24. CONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CONTRACT NO. 23-270 WITH T&G GLOBAL, LLC,\nDBA ST. NICK'S CHRISTMAS LIGHTING AND DECOR, TO AUTHORIZE HOLIDAY DECORATION\nENHANCEMENTS FOR THE 2025 WINTER HOLIDAY SEASON\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 3 to Contract 23-270 between the City of Carson and T&G\nGlobal, LLC, dba St. Nick’s Christmas Lighting & Décor, that would authorize holiday decoration\nenhancements for the 2025 winter holiday season at a cost of $63,035.00 (Exhibit No. 5;\n“Amendment No. 3”); and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3, following approval as to form by the\nCity Attorney
