27. CONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH IGM TECHNOLOGY CORP\n(GRAVITY) FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (CIP) REPORT BOOK (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No.1 to Agreement with IGM Technology Corp, for an increased\namount not to exceed $39,779.52, increasing the total contract sum to $109,659.52; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment after approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants\nwho are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.\nDISCUSSION (Items 28-31)
