A. Adoption of a Resolution to Amend the Santa Monica General Plan Land Use Map and the\nIntroduction and First Reading of an Ordinance to Amend the Official Districting Map for a Portion of\nthe Parcel Located at 2644 30th Street\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding that the proposed amendments to the General Plan Land Use Map and\nOfficial Districting Map are categorically exempt from the provisions of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption)\nof the CEQA Guidelines, consistent with the findings set forth in the “Environmental\nReview” section of this Report;\n2. Adopt a Resolution Amending the Santa Monica General Plan Land Use Map for a\nPortion of the Parcel Located at 2644 30th Street; and\n3.
