CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A TASK ORDER WITH KABARRA\nENGINEERING FOR CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO THE\nORANGE ZONE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN AN AMOUNT OF $687,016\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed Task Order under a Master On-Call Professional Services\nAgreement with Kabarra Engineering, in the final form approved by the City\nAttorney, to provide civil design engineering services related to the Orange Zone\nReconstruction Project in the amount of $687,016 ($624,560 and $62,456\ncontingency).\n2. Find the project to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15302.
