CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF\nFUNDING FROM THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL (CHP) CANNABIS TAX\nGRANT PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $309,500, AUTHORIZE THE CITY\nMANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO SIGN ALL GRANT-RELATED DOCUMENTS AND\nAUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF $309,500 INTO THE GRANT FUND\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1.
