(0410-40)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the Council: Allow applicants to respond to interview questions,\naccept public comment, conduct any City Council discussion, vote to consider any further\nnarrowing and (1) select an applicant for appointment to take office at a future Council\nmeeting; and/or (2) provide direction to Staff about the next steps to fill the vacancy.
