Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AUTHORIZE the Controller to transfer $200,000 from the Unappropriated Balance, Fund No. 100/58, Horse Evacuation Trailers Account, No. 580382, and appropriate to the Animal Services Department Fund, No. 100/06 668270553.
