No. 2019-4869, located at 6332-6356 West Fountain Avenue, and 1260 North Cahuenga Boulevard, westerly of Vine Street. Owner: Fountain Owners, LLC; Surveyor: Thomas P. McDermott Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
