(12) 11-1220-S10 RESOLUTION (KREKORIAN - PRICE) relative to funding the Los Angeles Development Fund (LADF), a non-profit Community Development Entity (CDE), to apply for and manage an allocation of New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) on behalf of the City. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE that by the adoption of this Resolution, the City of Los Angeles hereby: Certifies its support of the LADF’s 2022 application for a NMTC allocation. Certifies that it is the Controlling Entity of the LADF. Authorizes the City Clerk to sign the application on behalf of the Controlling Entity. Resolution (Krekorian - Price) dated 1-10-23
