(14) 23-0010-S1 MOTION (MCOSKER - RODRIGUEZ) relative to an offer of reward for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of person(s) responsible for the deaths of Carlye Phillips and Tashman Williams on July 24, 2022. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PROVIDE an offer of reward in the amount of $50,000 for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the deaths of Carlye Phillips and Tashman Williams on July 24, 2022. FIND that the subject reward complies with the provisions of Chapter 12, Article 1, Division 19, of the Los Angeles Administrative Code.
