Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated January 12, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1028 South Beacon Avenue (Case No. 748849), Assessor I.D. No. 5137-016-016, from the REAP.
