(22) 19-0290-S2 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD - HARRIS-DAWSON) relative to coordinating a street banner campaign to promote the Tarzana Neighborhood Council and encourage stakeholders to become involved with the Tarzana Community. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, the Street Banner program being coordinated by the Tarzana Neighborhood Council, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program for the period of April 3, 2023 to April 3, 2024.
