(27) 22-1456 MOTION (LEE – O’FARRELL) relative to the acceptance of a donation received by the Department of Disability (DOD) from the CBS Television Network (CBS) for the ReelAbilities Film Festival: Los Angeles 2022 event. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AUTHORIZE the Executive Director, DOD, to: Accept the $10,000 gift from CBS (Check No. 214857). Deposit such funds into the DOD Trust Fund (Fund 849), and appropriate therein for expenditures related to the ReelAbilities Film Festival: Los Angeles 2019. AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Officer, DOD, and Office of the Controller, to undertake any other administrative actions or technical corrections necessary to implement this Motion.
