(15) 21-1017-S1 CD 14 MOTION (DE LEON - RODRIGUEZ) relative to coordinating a street banner program as an outreach tool to encourage residents, businesses, employees, and other stakeholders in the area to become involved in the community and with the civic activities of the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council (ERNC). Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) Section 62.132, the Street Banner program identifying the ERNC activities, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program.
