(2) 23-0023 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL, AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving a 63-month lease with Gallardo Law Group, PC, covering office space in the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)-owned Aviation Plaza located at 16461 Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA 91406. Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the determination by the Board of Airport Commissioners (Board) that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article lll, Class 1(1) and Article lll, Class 1(18)(c) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. APPROVE the 63-month lease with Gallardo Law Group, PC, covering office space in the LAWA-owned Aviation Plaza, located at 16461 Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA 91406. CONCUR with the Board’s action on October 6, 2022, by Board Resolution No. 27590, authorizing the Chief Executive Officer, or designee, LAWA, to execute said lease with the Gallardo Law Group, PC.
