Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated January 23, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 2500 South Clyde Avenue (Case No. 752095), Assessor I.D. No. 5048-003-038, from the REAP.
