(1) 22-1552 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to authorizing the Department of General Services (GSD) to negotiate and execute a Berth Access Agreement with AltaSea to dock a Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Marine Unit vessel at 2451 Signal Street, Sea Berth 57, in the Port of Los Angeles (POLA). Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the GSD to negotiate and execute a Berth Access Agreement between the LAPD Marine Unit and AltaSea to dock an LAPD water vessel at 2451 Signal Street, Sea Berth 57, in the POLA. The month-to-month license agreement is subject to AltaSea’s master lease with the POLA and termination by either party requires a 60-day notice.
