(9) 23-0097 MOTION (RAMAN - HERNANDEZ - HARRIS-DAWSON) and RESOLUTION relative to a grant application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for the proposed Serving Households Across the River Equitably (SHARE) project. Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION, as required by the California Department of Housing and Community Development Regional Early Action Planning Grants of 2021 (REAP 2.0) guidelines, and AUTHORIZE the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) to submit a grant application in the amount of $10,000,000 for the proposed SHARE project.
