(18) 22-1506 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to reporting on the results and accuracy of the Short-Term Rental (STR) study from McGill University, provide a status report on the Home-Sharing program in Los Angeles, and a specific action plan to cure any problems that are confirmed or revealed. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Blumenfield Harris-Dawson): INSTRUCT the Los Angeles Housing Department, Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, and the Department of City Planning to report within 60 days on the results and accuracy of the STR study from McGill University, provide a status report on the Home-Sharing program in Los Angeles, and a specific action plan to cure any problems that are confirmed or revealed.
