Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated January 25, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 5714 South Manhattan Place (Case No. 683457), Assessor I.D. No. 5005-032-012, from the REAP.
