No. 7467-022-016, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated January 25, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 532 West 40th Street (Case No. 745181), Assessor I.D. No. 7467-022-016, from the REAP.
