(25) 23-0061 CD 15 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ENGINEER relative to initiating vacation proceedings for the alley east of Lecouvreur Avenue between East D Street and East E Street (VAC-E1401432). Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the City Engineer report dated January 12, 2023, attached to the Council file, to initiate the vacation proceedings to vacate the alley east of Lecouvreur Avenue between East D Street and East E Street, as shown on Exhibit A of said City Engineer report, pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code, Division 9, Part 3, Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law. DIRECT the Bureau of Engineering to investigate and report regarding the feasibility of this vacation request.
