(1) 23-0107 CD 15 MOTION (MCOSKER - RAMAN) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, in an amount not to exceed $30,000,000 to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of the 81-unit multifamily housing project known as Western Landing (Project) located at 25820-25896 South Western Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90710. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: CONSIDER the attached results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on September 29, 2022 for Western Landing. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $30,000,000 for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the 81-unit multifamily housing project located at 25820-25896 South Western Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90710 in Council District 15.
