(13) 21-0859-S1 CD 9 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to working cooperatively with the Applicant and its representatives through the B-permit process regarding the Chick Hearn Court Vacation; and, issuing a Revocable Permit prior to the completion of the street vacation. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Price - Hutt): DIRECT the Bureau of Engineering (BOE) and any other appropriate City department, bureau, or agency to work cooperatively with the Applicant and its representatives through the B-permit process regarding the Chick Hearn Court Vacation identified in Revocable Permit Application No. 2022000118. DIRECT the BOE, and any other appropriate City department, bureau, or agency, to issue a Revocable Permit prior to the completion of the street vacation on the condition that the Applicant satisfies the conditions of such Revocable Permit and appropriately guarantees, and posts a bond in sufficient amounts to be determined by the City Engineer, to return and reconstruct the right-of-way back to its present condition in the event the Applicant does not effectuate the vacation.
