(4) 15-0344-S6 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Official Police Garage (OPG) contract renewal for Keystone Towing, Inc., for Service Area 9. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE the Board of Police Commissioners (BPC) report dated January 12, 2023, recommending renewal of the Towing and Storage Agreement for the OPG, for Service Area 9, Keystone Towing, Inc. AUTHORIZE the President, BPC, or designee, to negotiate and execute the renewal agreement with the affected OPG.
