Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated February 2, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 916 West 30th Street (Case No. 747771), Assessor I.D. No. 7469-010-003, from the REAP.
