(30) 23-0133 MOTION (LEE - HERNANDEZ) relative to a street banner campaign to promote participation and increase awareness of neighborhood councils city-wide. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 62.132, the Street Banner program being coordinated by the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment to promote participation and increase awareness of neighborhood councils, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program for the period of February 2023 - February 2024.
