(1) 19-0268-S1 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a proposed First Amendment to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to Contract 728 (C-133081) with The Library Corporation (TLC) to update the product and services price list for the Integrated Automation System. Recommendations for Council action: AUTHORIZE the President, Board of Library Commissioners (Board), or designee, to execute the proposed First Amendment to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to Contract 728 (C-133081) between the City and TLC, to update the product and services price list and to approve the changes retroactive to January 1, 2022, subject to review and approval of the City Attorney as to form. REQUEST that the Board, or designee, attach the Standard Provisions for City Contracts (Revised 9/22)[v.1] to the proposed contract amendment before execution.
