(25) 23-0060 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Amal Pizzaro Vergara v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV35905. (This matter arises from a bicycle accident that occurred on September 23, 2019 on Silverlake Boulevard, near the intersection with Virgil Avenue, in Los Angeles.)
