(5) 17-0274 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to the Fiscal Year 2021-22 (FY 2021-22) Affordable Housing Linkage Fee (AHLF) Expenditure Plan and program guidelines. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: APPROVE the recommendations contained in the AHLF Oversight Committee report dated November 9, 2022, attached to Council file No. 17-0274. ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION attached to the AHLF Oversight Committee report dated November 9, 2022, attached to the Council file, which effectuates the set-aside of $7 million outside of the adopted tier system for the FY 2021-22 AHLF Expenditure Plan. INSTRUCT the Los Angeles Housing Department to report to the Housing and Homelessness Committee on the progress of the Rental Preservation Program.
