Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services (GSD) to negotiate and execute a lease with Ventura - Ethel Ltd., at 13103 Ventura Boulevard, Studio City, California 91604 for office space for Council District Four under the terms and conditions substantially outlined in the GSD report dated January 26, 2023, attached to the Council file.
