Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated February 13, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1053 South Stanley Avenue (Case No. 740458), Assessor I.D. No. 5085-001-024, from the REAP.
