(13) 22-1579 CD 7 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a non-profit lease agreement with the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust for the operation and maintenance of the Tupper Street community green space located at 15201 Tupper Street, North Hills, California 91343. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez – Yaroslavsky): INSTRUCT the Department of General Services, with the assistance of the City Attorney, negotiate a non-profit lease agreement, subject to Council approval, with the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust for the operation and maintenance of the Tupper Street community green space located at 15201 Tupper Street, North Hills, California 91343.
