(14) 22-1505 CD 7 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a no-cost, nonprofit lease or license agreement with Making It Happen, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, for Room No. 203 in North Valley City Hall, located at 7747 Foothill Boulevard, Tujunga, California 91042.  Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez – Bonin): DIRECT the Department of General Services, with the assistance of the City Attorney, City Administrative Officer (CAO) and the City Attorney, to negotiate a no-cost, nonprofit lease or license agreement with Making It Happen, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, for Room No. 203 in North Valley City Hall, located at 7747 Foothill Boulevard, Tujunga, California 91042.
