(19) 15-0499-S3 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the City’s biodiversity initiatives; progress on the revitalization of the City Hall rooftop garden; and the creation of biodiversity showcase sites. Recommendation for Council action: INSTRUCT the Bureau of Sanitation (BOS) to report to the Energy and Environment Committee annually to share progress on biodiversity initiatives, including progress on the revitalization of the City Hall rooftop garden and on the creation of biodiversity showcase sites.
