(8) 23-0100 TRADE, TRAVEL, AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the information sharing practices held by the Port of Los Angeles and Los Angeles World Airports regarding sustainability initiatives, including but not limited to emerging technologies or policies, lessons learned on efficacy of current initiatives, and coordination with other regional sustainability initiatives. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker – Yaroslavsky): INSTRUCT the Port of Los Angeles and Los Angeles World Airports to report on their information sharing practices related to sustainability initiatives, including, but not limited to emerging technologies or policies, lessons learned on the efficacy of current initiatives, and coordination with other regional sustainability initiatives.
