(22) 23-0011-S3 CD 2 MOTION (KREKORIAN - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for speed humps around elementary schools in Council District 2. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $350,000 in the Council District 2 portion of the Street Furniture Revenue Fund No. 43D/50 to a new Account in the Transportation Trust Fund No. 840/94 entitled “CD 2 Elementary School Area Speed Hump Program” for speed humps where feasible around elementary schools in Council District 2. AUTHORIZE the Transportation Department to make any technical corrections or clarifications as necessary to the above fund transfer instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
