Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated February 17, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 5333 West Smiley Drive (Case No. 678522), Assessor I.D. No. 5043-017-024, from the REAP.
