No. 5074-006-011, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated February 17, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 1420 South Harvard Boulevard (Case No. 767508), Assessor I.D. No. 5074-006-011, from the REAP.
