Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated February 17, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 415 South Avenue 20 (Case No. 737702), Assessor I.D. No. 5410-020-008, from the REAP.
