(2) 23-0075 CD 14 HEARING COMMENTS relative to an Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption at Rome Nightclub, located at 333 South Figueroa Street. Recommendations for Council action: DETERMINE that the issuance of a liquor license at Rome Nightclub, located at 333 South Figueroa Street, will serve the Public Convenience or Necessity and will not tend to create a law enforcement problem. GRANT the Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for  on-site consumption at Rome Nightclub, located at 333 South Figueroa Street. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to transmit this determination to the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control as required findings under Business and Professions Code Section 23958.4.
