(13) 13-0487-S7 MOTION (MCOSKER - BLUMENFIELD) relative to accepting payments, made by Sun Valley Paper Stock, Inc., pursuant to an agreement with the City for the processing and marketing of residential single-stream commingled recyclable materials for the East Valley Wasteshed. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: ACCEPT two payments, for a total amount of $45,000, made by Sun Valley Paper Stock, Inc., pursuant to an agreement with the City for the processing and marketing of residential single-stream commingled recyclable materials for the East Valley Wasteshed. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to deposit this amount into the Council District 6 Public Benefits Trust Fund No. 50C/14. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
