No. 5062-017-003, from the Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP). Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated February 23, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 2228 South Mansfield Avenue (Case No. 492612), Assessor I.D. No. 5062-017-003, from the REAP.
