(27) 23-0173 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Regina Autrey v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV07595. (This matter arises from a trip and fall that occurred on March 15, 2019, at approximately 12:00 p.m., concrete stairs adjacent to 100 North Main Street, in the City of Los Angeles.)
