8.G.\nProfessional Services Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc.\nRecommendation:\n1) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. (WCA), for a\nlandscape maintenance improvement project along the Greenway Trail, in\nan amount not to exceed $330,000; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-06, amending the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget\nfor appropriation of funds for the Greenway Trail Landscape Visibility\nImprovement Project.
