(2) 23-0169 CD 11 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION, COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ENGINEER and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the dedication of City-owned real property as public street lying 6101 West Century Boulevard - Right of Way No 36000-10253. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: FIND that this dedication of City-owned land as a public sidewalk is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, under Article III, Class 5(4) of the City's Environmental Guidelines. DEDICATE, ACCEPT and ESTABLISH the City-owned real property lying on the north side of Century Boulevard between Vicksburg Avenue and Airport Boulevard, as shown on the Exhibit Map of the December 15, 2022 City Engineer report, attached to the Council file, as part of Century Boulevard, a public street of said City. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated January 30, 2023, authorizing the dedication, acceptance and establishment of certain real property owned by the City as part of the north side of Century Boulevard, all public streets of said City. FIND that this dedication, acceptance, and establishment, of City-owned real property as public street is in substantial conformance with the purpose, intent, and provisions of the General Plan, pursuant to Section 556 of the City Charter.
