(11) 23-0002-S24 RULES, ELECTIONS, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to establishing the City’s position regarding support for the Governor's 2023-24 State Budget proposal to extend funding to the Film and Television Tax Credit Program for five more years and make the tax credits refundable. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Resolution (Krekorian - Blumenfield), SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to include in the City’s 2023-2024 State Legislative Program, SUPPORT for the Governor's 2023-24 State Budget proposal to extend funding to the Film and Television Tax Credit Program for five more years and make the tax credits refundable.
