(14) 12-0963-S1 CDs 4,5,13 ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Hollywood Media District (Property-Based) Business Improvement District (BID) Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Annual Planning Report. Recommendations for Council action: FIND that: The FY 2023 Annual Planning Report for the Hollywood Media District (Property-Based) BID attached to the City Clerk report dated January 10, 2023, attached to the Council file, complies with the requirements of the State Law. ​​​​​​​ The increase in the 2023 budget concurs with the intentions of the Hollywood Media District (Property-Based) BID's Management District Plan and does not adversely impact the benefits received by assessed property owners. ADOPT said FY 2023 Annual Planning Report for the Hollywood Media District (Property-Based) BID, pursuant to the State Law.
