(3) 23-0186 BUDGET, FINANCE AND INNOVATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to delinquent accounts receivables submitted by the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) for the quarter ending December 31, 2022. Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the Collections Board of Review’s (CBR) recommendation to allow the LAHD to remove from its active receivables, 74 uncollectible invoices totaling $3,729,451.16.
