(14) 18-0785 CD 15 TRADE, TRAVEL, AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to requesting the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) and the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) on the status, updates, and next steps required for the Wilmington Waterfront project. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Buscaino - Wesson): REQUEST the LADWP and POLA to report on the status of the Wilmington Waterfront project, the next steps required to execute the land swap agreement, and any outstanding roadblocks preventing the timely construction of the project.
